The investment banking services were provided by Piper Group International, LLC, (“PGI”) of Portland, Oregon. The transaction process was completed using PGI’s unique and proven "Roadmap to Closing" methods and procedures.

Tobacco Town, Inc. was a chain started about 40 years ago selling tobacco, wine, beer, other beverages, and other ancillary products. The brand has become a “household word” among tobacco users. Customers have even created a nick name, “T-Town” for the stores. The brand gained a stellar reputation known for quality and service in their market areas.

The acquiring chain of alcohol and tobacco stores set up a separate entity for this acquisition, Tobacco Town Unlimited Enterprises. They were the successful bidder among the multiple offers and above all, was the best fit to give Tobacco Town a growing and successful future.
