Group International, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Senior Options, Inc a senior care provider service company to Home Care Options, Inc.

Rick Piper engaged the company and Bill Billingsley negotiated the sale and completed the closing. Home Care Options, Inc was able to expand their California foot print and look forward to expand sales revenues in the San Francisco metro area. With the Company’s competitive advantages, it has enjoyed consistent revenues in this challenging economy. Phil Marechal, CEO of Home Care Options said this merger will allow the two companies to expand their reach in Central California. Home Care Options is proud to merge with an organization that prides itself on service and personal relationships.
